These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Quick Fix Hero website and your requests for services from The Quick Fix Hero ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pricing and Standard-Condition Disclaimer

Pricing shown on this website reflects standard working conditions. All prices are starting prices or estimate ranges intended as guidance only. Final scope and price may change if hidden damage, code issues, access limitations, nonstandard framing, plumbing, electrical conditions, customer-requested changes, material availability, or other job-site conditions are discovered during the project. Any additional work beyond the approved scope requires customer approval before proceeding.

Starting prices and estimate ranges are guidance until Quick Fix Hero confirms your scope in writing.

2. Estimates and Change Orders

Online estimates and price-range outputs are nonbinding guidance based on information provided by the customer and standard working assumptions. A confirmed written estimate or agreed scope of work is required before any work begins. If conditions are discovered that affect scope or price, The Quick Fix Hero will communicate the change and obtain customer approval before proceeding. No additional work will be performed without customer consent.

3. Booking Requests and Confirmations

Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when The Quick Fix Hero communicates written confirmation, including scope of work, timing, and any deposit requirements. The Quick Fix Hero reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion.

4. Deposits, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Certain services or projects may require a deposit before scheduling is confirmed. Deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking confirmation process. 5. Customer-Supplied Materials

When a customer elects to supply materials, the customer is responsible for selecting compatible, appropriate materials and ensuring they are on-site and available at the time of service. The Quick Fix Hero is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or warranty issues arising from customer-supplied materials that are incompatible, defective, damaged, or incomplete. Labor charges may apply for any additional time required to work with customer-supplied materials that present unforeseen challenges.

6. Quick Fix Hero Material Allowances

Material allowances included in service packages cover a standard range of materials at a stated value. If selected materials exceed the allowance, the customer will be informed and must approve any overage before materials are sourced or purchased. Material allowances do not include specialty, custom, or out-of-stock items unless agreed upon in writing. The Company does not act as a material reseller or supplier for customer resale.

7. Access, Job-Site Conditions, and Safety

The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area at the scheduled appointment time. If the job site is unsafe, inaccessible, or if conditions materially differ from what was represented in the service request, The Quick Fix Hero reserves the right to decline to begin work, stop work in progress, and/or adjust pricing. Service call fees or cancellation charges may apply in these circumstances.

For active leaks, gas odors, sparking, exposed wiring, suspected structural danger, fire damage, flooding, or immediate safety hazards — contact the appropriate emergency service. Do not use The Quick Fix Hero booking system for emergencies.

8. Photos and Project-Documentation Consent

By requesting service, you consent to The Quick Fix Hero taking before-and-after photos of the work area for internal documentation, quality assurance, and potential use in marketing materials, unless you provide written notice that you do not consent to marketing use. Photos will not include personally identifying information. Customer portal photos, if and when that feature is activated, are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service-Area Policy

The Quick Fix Hero primarily serves Saint Charles County, St. Peters, Saint Charles, and surrounding approved Missouri areas. ZIP codes are verified against our standard service-area list. Areas outside the standard service area may be served at an additional travel charge, subject to availability and The Quick Fix Hero's discretion. Final service availability is confirmed by The Quick Fix Hero, not by the online ZIP checker.

Customers who need modifications intended to meet medical, accommodation, or ADA requirements should consult appropriate medical, accessibility, or professional advisors. HSA/FSA eligibility for any service, if applicable, is determined solely by the customer's plan administrator and qualified tax or medical advisors — not by The Quick Fix Hero.
